The most kind hotelier that I ever met. Our stay was really pleasant. The open kitchen was a nice addition. Our room was pretty nice, except it had a window without curtain and light could sneak in. Also the sound insulation was awful. But the kindness and helpfulness of the hotelier made up for it
Stayed for 3 nights in November small room but comfortable bed, TV, heater and ensuite everything needed. The Host is so lovely always there if you needed anything. Great location right near tube station 10min into London. Supermarket 2 doors up and restaurants all around. Kitchen was great with everything to have breakfast for free or cook own meals. Would definitely stay there again.
Its a little ragged around the edges but the owner more than makes up for it. The room was clean enough but could do with some tlc. The bed was comfortable. The owner is brilliant. Friendly, polite and even at 11.30, offered to make us tea if we wanted it. Breakfast is self service in a nice communal kitchen and don't be surprised if the owner offers to share dinner with you in the evening. Forgive the slightly worn bits and you. should really enjoy your stay - we would happily return.
Almost difficult to find - cleverly blends into the surroundings. It is small but suitable for a short trip. The bed is comfortable but the ensuite may be small for larger (weight and height) persons. Internet is good and steady and the lodging is near many points of public transport. Amazing choice of food nearby!
I stayed in this hostel. It is clean, very nice and serviced owners, is close to the subway station. Even a guest house is a supermarket where you can buy food and hygiene. Very clean kitchen. Few feelings from tourists who occupy too much of the kitchen.
I stayed at short notice as my confirmed hostel accommodation filled me. For almost the same price I enjoyed private accommodation with en suite, breakfast supplies, a warm welcome (after midnight) and excellent service throughout my stay. The building is old so don't expect glamour but if you want a clean comfortable and safe place to stay with only a few minutes walk to the tube this should suit you well, as it di for me. I'm so pleased to have stayed here instead of the hostel mixed dorm
The room we got was quite big for what you get in London. It had minor problems, like the tap of the shower loses water, the furniture was dirty inside, and the pillows are extra thin. It is close to the tube and bus, well connected to the city center, although you can't go walking. The service was excellent, very kind people did our stay like being home. It also has a kitchen, where you can prepare yourself breakfast with all the things they have there, which is great.
We booked this hotel to avoid spending a lot of money for stay. For the price we paid it's excellent !!!!!! The guy on the front desk was very nice and helpful. Clean room. Hot shower. Comfortable bed with hard mattress. Very nice breakfast. You can buy your food and warm up in microwave. Super comfortable commute to all major attractions. Underground is just few minutes away. Don't buy ticket for Underground. Just pay with your bank card and it will be much cheaper. Excellent connection to airport with Express bus A7. Would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.
